Your mission

VeroTech is in full growth and is looking for an experienced HR Officer, who loves to surround our team with good care, solve questions and problems and spread the VeroTech spirit. You will achieve this together with the HR manager and the Office Manager.

 

What to expect?

 

  • You are responsible for the employee life cycle: onboarding, performance management, learning & development, employee retention and offboarding.
  • You are the go-to person for our employees regarding HR-related questions.
  • You work closely together with our sales and recruitment team.
  • You optimize HR processes where possible with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • You stay on top of the ever-changing social legislation and communicate important changes to the stakeholders.
  • You take charge of the payroll process and ensure a correct monthly salary run.
  • You are responsible for a timely and correct HR administration.
  • You are the backup of the Office Manager and capable of taking charge of those tasks whenever needed.

Your experience

  • Fluency in Dutch and English. A good knowledge of French is a plus.
  • You are a communicative and approachable person by nature who is also discrete and reliable.
  • You have a good and up to date knowledge of Belgian social legislation.
  • You have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in payroll within PC200.
  • You are stress resistant and a problem solver. You have a growth mindset and you love taking initiative.
  • You have an eye for detail, are punctual and accurate.
