Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional with a curiosity for engineering, with a focus on R&D and innovation.

 

Your mission

Building expertise in intriguing engineering industries! During your first 6 weeks, you will be coached & advised by your team to ensure a smooth start in the Talent Acquisition team.

Your day at VeroTech 

  • A cup of coffee/tea/hot chocolate with your TAS colleagues
  • Writing vacancies using your creativity to attract the right talent
  • Sourcing, screening and interviewing engineering profiles
  • Collaboration with the business team
  • Being an ambassador of VeroTech

Your experience

  • Master degree in HR, Psychology, Communication,... and mainly an interest for talent acquisition
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition in Technology is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial, dynamic and commercially minded
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player, resilient, driven
  • Fluent in Dutch or French and English
