Senior Project Manager

Your mission

As a Senior Project Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the space projects meet quality, cost, and time objectives. You will monitor project progress, liaise with subcontractors, and coordinate with the internal team. Your main responsibilities are:

• Keep on track with all project requirements (technical, schedule, cost)
• Foster and sustain positive relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers
• Develop, monitor, and maintain the project plan, schedule, risk register, and financial status to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project delivery
• Communicate and report on project progress to customers and internal teams
• Support the people managers with the development of team members.
• Identify solutions for any deviations from the baseline, issues, or conflicts

Your experience

• Master’s degree in engineering 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in E&I project management
• Expert in project management processes, methodologies, and budget/resource management.
• Excellent communication skills & problem solver. 
• Ability to influence, inspire, and negotiate with all levels of management
• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
